툴박스 개인정보처리방침
1. 기본 원칙
툴박스는 인터넷 접속 권한이 없는 앱입니다. 사용자가 앱에 입력하거나 여는 기록, 메모, 사진, 문서, 도면 등은 모두 사용자의 기기 안에서만 처리되며, 앱이 이를 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다. 운영자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않고, 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 광고나 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 앱은 정보를 수집하지 않습니다 ('의견 보내기' 메일 안내)
툴박스 앱은 어떤 정보도 직접 운영자에게 보내지 않습니다. 사용자가 앱의 '의견 보내기'를 누르면 기기의 메일 앱이 열려 support@hiks.studio 앞으로 아래 내용이 담긴 메일 초안이 만들어집니다. 메일을 보낼지는 사용자가 직접 정하며, 보내기 전에 내용을 확인하고 고치거나 지울 수 있습니다. 사용자가 메일 앱으로 직접 보낸 경우에만 운영자가 그 메일을 받게 됩니다.
- 사용자가 직접 쓴 의견
- 앱 판 번호, 기기 모델명, 안드로이드 판
- 앱 오류 기록(앱이 비정상 종료된 경우)
- 메일을 보낸 사용자의 이메일 주소(메일 앱이 보내는 사람으로 표시)
받은 메일의 내용은 문의에 답하고 앱의 오류를 고치는 데만 사용하며, 다른 사람이나 회사에 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 받은 메일은 처리가 끝나면 1년 안에 지우며, 사용자가 삭제를 요청하면 바로 지웁니다.
3. 기기 안에서만 쓰는 권한
- 카메라: 문서 스캔, QR 코드 읽기, 사진 찍기에 사용합니다. 찍은 사진은 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 알림: 할 일·타이머 알림을 사용자가 켰을 때만 보냅니다.
- 부팅 후 실행: 기기를 다시 켠 뒤 예약된 알림을 다시 걸기 위해 사용합니다.
- 알람 설정: 알람 도구가 기기의 시계 앱에 알람을 넘기기 위해 사용합니다.
- 파일 접근: 사용자가 고른 파일만 엽니다. 원본은 바꾸지 않고, 고친 내용은 사본으로 저장합니다.
4. 기기 백업
안드로이드 기본 백업 기능이 켜져 있으면, 앱의 기록과 설정이 사용자의 Google 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 이 백업은 Google이 관리하며 운영자는 접근할 수 없습니다. 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
5. 앱 안 구매
유료 기능(PLUS)은 Google Play 결제로만 구매할 수 있습니다. 결제 정보는 Google이 처리하며, 운영자는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
6. 정보 삭제
앱 안의 기록은 사용자가 앱에서 직접 지울 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기 안의 앱 데이터가 모두 지워집니다. '의견 보내기'로 보낸 메일의 삭제는 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
7. 아동
툴박스는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

이 웹사이트는 방문 수를 세기 위해 Cloudflare Web Analytics를 사용합니다. 쿠키를 쓰지 않고 방문자 개인을 식별하지 않으며, 방문한 페이지·대략적 지역·브라우저 종류 같은 합산 통계만 봅니다. 툴박스 앱에는 해당 기능이 없습니다.
10. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 올립니다.
Toolbox Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Toolbox does not have internet permission. Records, notes, photos, documents and drawings you create or open are processed only on your device and are never sent off the device by the app. We run no servers, require no account or login, and use no advertising or analytics tools.
2. The app collects no information ("Send feedback" email)
The Toolbox app never sends any information to us by itself. When you tap "Send feedback", your email app opens with a draft containing the items below. You decide whether to send it and can review, edit or delete the content first. We receive it only if you send it yourself from your email app.
- Your feedback message
- App version, device model, Android version
- App crash log (if the app crashed)
- Your email address (shown as the sender by your email app)
We use emails you send only to reply to you and to fix bugs. We do not share or sell it. Emails are deleted within one year after handling, or immediately on request.
3. Permissions used on the device only
- Camera: document scanning, QR code reading and taking photos. Photos stay on your device.
- Notifications: only for reminders and timers you turn on.
- Run at startup: to restore scheduled reminders after the device restarts.
- Set alarm: to hand alarms to your device's clock app.
- File access: only files you pick. Originals are never changed; edits are saved as copies.
4. Device backup
If Android backup is on, the app's records and settings may be included in your Google account backup, which is managed by Google and not accessible to us. You can turn it off in device settings.
5. In-app purchases
Paid features (PLUS) are purchased only through Google Play billing. Payment details are handled by Google; we do not receive card numbers or other payment information.
6. Deleting data
You can delete in-app records inside the app, and uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device. To delete feedback emails you sent, contact us below.
7. Children
Toolbox is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors; we only see aggregate statistics such as pages viewed, approximate region and browser type. The Toolbox app itself contains no analytics.

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version and effective date on this page.
